Any chance of getting you to post the original photo exactly as it came from the camera? I'd like to look at that. I know that on your "Proofing" page you say, "Below is the UNTOUCHED, UN-ALTERED picture taken with no flash." Unfortunately, that image Is not "untouched". It has obviously been resized and had the camera's metadata removed. The only way to draw any conclusion about this is to have access to the original file exactly as it came from the camera. Hope you will consider posting it. Cheers.

Chris, wonderful pic, saw my first ghost at 8 in England, seen others since. I think it's wonderful that you a showing this and informing people some spirits stick around this realm and here is the proof. Hope to meet you one day, I feel like I know you from talking with your mum. She is so wonderful so I know you are too. Thanks for sharing ;)

How Cool! I'll bet the ghosts are happy at the Lake Lure Inn & Spa. It's a wonderful historic hotel (we stayed there & loved it so much we ended up buying a house in Lake Lure) The owners of the Inn have invested quite a lot to bring the hotel up to excellent standards.

One night my cousin Breezy was spending the night for the 1st time at my grandmas in CA. As we sat in the spare livingroom looking out the solid bay window towards the moutains just gossiping (which normal 6th graders do) and all the sudden the whole window just seemed to flex out and come back in....we looked at eachother, we both said...did u see that?? both said yes and she went home to never stay the night again...Just one of many experiences Ive had...

For years now I have been sent on different paths and found answers from the past (family) that I never would have dreamed of. I do believe that there are spirits which help you throughout your life time, whether they serve as a Guardian Angel or any other type of kindered soul. My daughter has the same feelings when it comes to welcoming a super natural experience. We don't question them...we just go with the flow.... Now, as to this little boy? I am so very curious as to why he made his journey to this perticular event and at that most revealing moment!

I go to school out in Lake Lure and have many friends that live out there. I honestly believe in ghosts and believe that Chimney Rock, or this area in general (Lake Lure, Hendersonville, Rutherdford, etc.) is haunted. A lot of people I know say that Lake Lure Inn and Spa does have "spirits" or "ghosts", and I believe it. Me and almost half of Lake Lure Classical Academy believe that our new school is haunted..because thats where the school years ago was located, and we've seen and felt the presence of a ghost like thing. Does anyone know how the old school in Lake Lure got shut down, or WHY it was shut down? If so, please let me know!

This IS PROOF that there is Life After Death...With paranormal experiences I have dealt with personally, I completely believe in Spirits/Ghosts. People that would deny such are blinded....Great Job Chris! I'm sure he was just saying hello and wanting some attention! He sure got it...And I agree that it does look like either he is holding something or something is trying to hold him back from not being seen..........

Are ghosts real? Well if you can photograph them, record their voices, hear them thumping and making sounds we already know it's real. We just have to learn what exactly is the science behind it. We just have to explain it. Good job guys. This site is well done.

The idea that we are alone on this planet or in this universe is so outdated...great job recognizing and not being too concerned about the thought process of the folks who would deny the existance of spirit.

I didn't notice the baby until after reading Laura's comment; now it is very easy to see.

It looks like the hair line is of an older man. It also appears to be holding a baby. See the head resting against his shoulder?
